Non-Consensual Content (NCC) Policy

  1. Zero-Tolerance

    LoyalFans strictly prohibits the posting, sharing, or distribution of any non-consensual content, including intimate images or videos shared without the consent of all persons depicted, “revenge porn,” deepfakes, or other depictions created or altered without consent.

  2. Scope

    This policy applies to all users, content, and conduct on the LoyalFans platform. “Non-consensual content” includes material that:

    • Depicts a person engaged in sexually explicit conduct or intimate activities without their knowledge or consent.
    • Was created, altered, or distributed without valid consent, including AI-generated or manipulated depictions.
    • Violates applicable laws prohibiting non-consensual pornography.

  3. Reporting and Removal

    Any person may report suspected NCC to LoyalFans through the methods described in our Complaints Policy.

    Reports involving minors will be handled in accordance with our Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

    We will review reports promptly and, if we confirm a violation, remove the content and take appropriate enforcement action, including account suspension or termination.

  4. Take It Down Act

    We maintain a separate U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act Compliance Policy that provides the process for requesting removal of intimate images or videos posted without consent, in compliance with federal law.

  5. Appeals

    If you believe your content was removed in error, you may appeal under our Appeals Policy.

  6. Law Enforcement

    LoyalFans will cooperate with valid law enforcement requests related to NCC, as described in our Law Enforcement Request Policy.
