LoyalFans is committed to full compliance with FOSTA-SESTA, all U.S. federal and state anti-trafficking laws, and all applicable EU and international human trafficking and anti-trafficking laws. The Platform does not knowingly facilitate prostitution, even in jurisdictions where prostitution may be decriminalized or legal. This policy is not intended to restrict lawful adult expression or regulated consensual sex work where it is legal, but rather to combat all forms of coercion, exploitation, and non-consensual acts.

Model Verification and Screening

• Age and Identity Verification: We implement strict verification processes to ensure that all creators featured on our Platform are of legal age and have knowingly and willingly provided consent.
• Document Verification: We require valid government-issued identification for all creators and conduct regular audits to verify authenticity.

Content Monitoring, Moderation, and Reporting

Moderation Process

Where content moderation decisions may involve automated detection tools or machine learning models, we will disclose that such tools are used and ensure that all automated detection is always followed by human verification before any enforcement action is taken. For “sensitive” use cases, such as those involving potential trafficking, coercion, or exploitation, we follow standards consistent with the EU AI Act (2025 final draft) and GDPR Article 22 where data processing may lead to significant consequences.

All moderation decisions, including permanent bans and law enforcement referrals, are reviewed by human moderators. Where feasible, users will be given a chance to respond before final action is taken. Decisions are documented, reviewed through internal quality assurance, and subject to appeal in accordance with our Appeals Policy.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all users. Personal data is handled in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
• Individuals who report suspected trafficking or exploitation may do so anonymously, and we take steps to ensure their protection from retaliation.

Violations and Consequences

• Any creator, fan, or affiliate found to be involved in human trafficking, sex trafficking, or prostitution will be immediately banned, and their information will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Any LoyalFans staff member or contractor found complicit in or negligent regarding these matters will face immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual agreements.
• We actively collaborate with law enforcement and advocacy organizations to combat trafficking and exploitation.

Continuous Improvement

• We routinely review our policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective and aligned with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• We provide ongoing training for staff, moderators, and relevant personnel to recognize and address trafficking risks.
• We remain committed to advancing safety, accountability, and transparency on our Platform.

Training Program

We provide regular training for all staff, moderators, and contractors on recognizing signs of coercion, trafficking, and exploitation. This includes:

• Recognizing red flags for grooming, manipulation, or coercive control.
• Identifying signs of trafficking, including debt bondage, fraud, or threats.
• Awareness of cultural and jurisdictional differences in the legal status of sex work.
• Using real-world case studies and resources from NGOs and anti-trafficking organizations.

Dispute Rights (EU)

For users in the EU/EEA, moderation or enforcement actions taken under this policy are subject to rights provided under Articles 20 and 21 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). Users have the right to:

• Submit complaints to certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies in the EU/EEA.
