Sometimes I get asked, what I do when I'm not working. The answer is that I read. A lot.

I am a PhD candidate and a tea snob with unreasonably high standards.
I am drawn to intelligent, curious people who enjoy structure, accountability, and the satisfaction of earning approval from someone they respect. If you're seeking endless validation for minimal effort, you're going to be disappointed.
My interests include literature, social behaviour, status, motivation, and the curious things people will do in pursuit of recognition or praise (or degradation/humiliation).
