Enjoy getting out of my head and into my body: feeling grass or mud under my bare feet, rain or evening breeze on my face, lake water lapping against my body, the feel of fur under my hands...

Then juicy burgers or a steak, maybe biscuits and gravy, chocolate sundae or something else decadent and a soft bed with linen sheets and plenty of ice water on the night stand.
