I've messed with your balance before, in Fall for Me - and now I'm going to do it again. So sit down, ideally sitting up straight and unsupported, with something soft to fall back on. Make sure there's nothing around you that might get knocked over or you might knock yourself on, because this file is going to have you swaying and rocking until you lose your balance completely.
