That was absolutely perfect Elle. Your voice is so well suited to this, it is so soft and gentle :). You are right about not being able to concentrate for a long time so 19 seconds is great. I will be watching this video a lot as the breathing exercise is very relaxing, with the added bonus of getting to see how adorably cute you are. Thank you so much for this :) Hobbes
