This patient came to my surgery today for a specialist consultation. He has been suffering from erectile dysfunction for several years and has only just decided to come and see me to resolve the problem. After asking him to lie down on the examination couch and putting on my gloves, I begin the examination. Before taking his pressure, I palpate his testicles with my hands, then pull back the skin to expose the foreskin, and everything appears normal. Next, I auscultate his heart and lungs, and here too everything is within normal limits. I continue the examination and, using tweezers and a stethoscope, check his testicles and penis, finding no abnormalities.
