13.50 Monday 13th July 2026. I am sitting on my bed typing an journal entry on my laptop, nails tapping on the keys, rings on my fingers, you can hear the gentle breeze outside my window, life existing outside. a car starts its engine, my dog lets out a contented sigh as he naps in the corner of my bedroom. The breeze has brought a welcomed break from the summer heatwave. I sigh deeply as I contemplate my thoughts.
