Hey. Welcome. I'm really glad you're here. I want to start by saying something I need you to hear: There is nothing wrong with you. If you're listening to this, maybe you're the shy one. Maybe you're the friend who wants to help someone else. Or maybe… you're just curious. You're wondering if the way you present yourself to the world could match a little better with how you feel on the inside. Wherever you're coming from… this is a safe space. Today, we're not talking about clothes. Not yet. No shopping lists, no grooming routines, no 'you need to buy this.’ Today, we're just talking about you. And how you feel. Here's a question for you: When was the last time you looked in the mirror and actually felt… good? Not 'fine.' Not 'I guess this is me.' But genuinely… good. Like you recognized the person looking back, and you were happy to see them. For a lot of us—especially if we're shy, or quiet, or used to blending in—that feeling is rare. We get dressed to be invisible. To not stand out. To not be noticed. But here's the thing I've learned: When you dress to disappear, you also disappear from yourself.
