Mayaa shared some of her work insights with us, including how perspective on social interactions, as well as what it takes to balance her “twin.”<\/p>\n

Loyalfans:\u00a0How did you start in the business, and is it different from what you expected?<\/strong><\/p>\n

blondewithabomb\/Mayaa:<\/strong> I’ve been camming for over one year, and it was so much better than I was expecting. I met a lot of wonderful people, and I am feeling loved and appreciated. I love putting a smile on\u00a0everyone’s face!<\/span><\/p>\n

We all know that being an online content creator is a 24\/7 job. How do you keep up with the workflow and demands of today\u2019s industry?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m trying to make entertaining content for\u00a0everyone’s taste. Diversity and being genuine is the key! I have always been\u00a0appreciated for being natural and friendly.<\/span><\/p>\n

What are some other things people think are easy about your job but are actually really challenging?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Most people think that we chose the “easy way” working in this industry. In fact, you need to pay\u00a0attention to\u00a0everyone’s needs and to remember\u00a0information about your customers. [You also have] to always create new content and look good on camera. This takes time and effort. <\/span><\/p>\n

We\u00a0don’t have a 9-5 job. We are always working in order to make our\u00a0customers happy, and we must be available most of the time.<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favorite feature on Loyalfans?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I like that there is a feed where new people can spot you. It’s easier to be seen than on other platforms. The support is\u00a0always\u00a0available and helpful,\u00a0responding quickly. And of course, the 80% commission for all the features is great!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gear and tech wise, what do you think are the most useful things to have when you\u2019re very first starting out?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I think that the\u00a0lighting has to be good in order to\u00a0create\u00a0quality content, and for those who are also doing live streaming a good PTZ camera is very useful.<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s one thing you do for work that\u2019s \u201cunexpected\u201d…like, no one does this except YOU?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I always\u00a0remember details about my customers and I get\u00a0involved in our\u00a0relationship\u00a0personally as well, not just for business. People notice these things, and I think\u00a0that’s the main reason they are coming back and\u00a0staying around.<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s your go-to selfcare activity of choice?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sleeping! Resting is very\u00a0important in order to look good. As we mainly work with our image, we need to pay\u00a0attention to our\u00a0sleep\u00a0schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

Besides working, what\u2019s your favorite pastime or hobby?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I love cooking! Also, I have two dogs and I like going for walks with them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Working from home can sometimes feel isolating. What do you do to help stave off feelings of loneliness or isolation?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u00a0don’t\u00a0feel lonely\u00a0working from home. I keep myself busy\u00a0creating content,\u00a0promoting myself on social media, and also streaming. While streaming, there are people I talk to so I’m not really alone. <\/span><\/p>\n

Having some time off and meeting friends is\u00a0important now and then to though. We also need a social life.<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s your sign? Is it an accurate description of you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m a Gemini. I can be the nicest person and then the meanest in a few seconds depending on the\u00a0attitude of the\u00a0person I’m with. I always say that my\u00a0personality is who I am, but my\u00a0attitude depends on who you are.\u00a0<\/span>I am also very impulsive. If I get angry, it’s just for a short time. I never hold\u00a0grudges, and I’m smiling again in a few minutes. <\/span><\/p>\n

I think that means having a twin. The “face” I need in any situation pops in\u00a0without any effort!<\/span><\/p>\n
