You can contact him at <a href=\"mailto:andrew@loyalfans.com\">andrew@loyalfans.com<\/a><\/span><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-1qd0xha r-ad9z0x r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\" style=\"font-style: italic;\">\u00a0if you have any questions at all.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\"><em>Let\u2019s take a look!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>What is a Timeline?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The timeline is probably the most important part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loyalfans.com\/\">Loyalfans site<\/a>, but how to use it effectively can easily be misunderstood. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The timeline is just the chronological order of posts that are on a Creator&#8217;s page. If you\u2019ve done any social media posting &#8212; Twitter, Facebook, etc &#8212; you\u2019ll get this basic concept. If you\u2019re not on any social media platform, just think of this like blog posts, with the newest articles first<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each post in the timeline has three options:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2115 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.loyalfans.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-12-at-4.11.17-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"898\" height=\"374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.loyalfans.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-12-at-4.11.17-PM.png 898w, https:\/\/www.loyalfans.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-12-at-4.11.17-PM-300x125.png 300w, https:\/\/www.loyalfans.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-12-at-4.11.17-PM-768x320.png 768w, https:\/\/www.loyalfans.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-12-at-4.11.17-PM-550x229.png 550w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 898px) 100vw, 898px\" \/><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Public:<\/strong> Anyone that visits your URL will be able to see that post.\u00a0 <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is good if a person wants to see something before doing anything. Not too many posts should be public because it will just create freeloader traffic, and they may never buy anything. So, while necessary, I would set posts to &#8220;Public&#8221; sparingly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note: Tips can be asked for, so even in Public posts there\u2019s opportunities for people to spend coins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Followers:<\/strong> In order to view this post, the person has to be logged into a Loyalfans.com account and will end up being listed as a fan of yours.\u00a0 <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While they haven\u2019t paid anything yet, this is a good promo tool. It&#8217;s a good way to get people into that loop of interest for your page. Again, you shouldn\u2019t get excessive with &#8220;Follower&#8221; posts, but you should do enough of them to promote your page, get people interested, and have them eventually become subscribers. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note: Tips can be asked for here too, so even in Follower posts there\u2019s opportunities for people to spend coins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Subscribers:<\/strong> If you set a post to &#8220;Subscribers,&#8221; only people that pay a subscription will be able to view the page. This is where the money gets made.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subscribers only have access to the content while they remain subscribers. Once the subscription lapses, they no longer have access to the content. This is an important aspect of keeping subscribers active on the site. It\u2019s this mixture of fresh, varied content, that makes people want to stay. One picture posted every week will not get people to stay actively subscribed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you set a post to Subscribers, you also have to set a price for the post. This post can be purchased for that price.
