So you’ve got a LoyalFans account, and now you want to get more subscribers right? Well, Reddit is honestly one of the best places to promote yourself. It’s got all kinds of people looking for exactly what you’re offering. In this guide, I’ll walk you through why Reddit’s a good idea, how to find the right communities, and the best way to promote your stuff without being spammy.
1. Why Bother Promoting on Reddit?
Reddit is one of the biggest websites in the word, there are millions of people on it every day. It’s made up of thousands of smaller communities for specific topics. This means you can find people interested in just about anything. And that’s great for you because, whether you’re posting adult content or something else, there’s probably a group of people on Reddit who will love it. Let’s not forget that more than 50% of all Reddit traffic is US traffic – that means you’ll be advertising to potential members from US!
2. What’s Reddit & What Are Subreddits?
If you’re new to Reddit, let me explain it to you in a few words. It’s basically a huge website where people share posts or questions, and others can reply or vote on them. All this happens in topic related communities called “subreddits.” Those subreddits are like smaller forums focused on specific topics. There are thousands of subreddits inside Reddit, with various topics including everything from Adult to Fetish. So, your content might be perfect for some of those communities.
3. Safe for Work (SFW) vs Not Safe for Work (NSFW)
Before we move forward, let me tell you an important thing. Reddit is the ONLY mainstream social media platform that allows adult content. Content is marked like this: SFW (safe for work) and NSFW (adult content/not safe for work). If you’re promoting adult content, you’ll focus on the NSFW side, but this doesn’t mean you can’t post in SFW places. Keep in mind though that you should not mix these two. Meaning, you should not be posting NSFW content on SFW subreddits.
To see NSFW posts or post NSFW content on your own, you’ll need to update your Reddit desktop settings:
· Go to your profile settings
· Move to the “Feed Settings” tab
· Make sure “Show Mature (+18) Content” is checked
· Make sure “Blur Mature Images and Media” is unchecked
· You should uncheck “Safe Search” on the search bar
On mobile, it’s extremely easy. Click on your profile, hit the settings button, and then scroll down to “view option.” There, you check “Show NSFW Content (I’m over 18)” and uncheck “Blur NSFW Images.”
And that’s it! You’re now ready to explore the adult side of Reddit!
4. Setting Up Your Reddit Account
OK now we are talking about creating your Reddit account. If you already have a Reddit account used for anything other than promoting your LoyalFans, you should forget about it and create a new one dedicated to this. If you don’t have a Reddit account already, here is the gist in a few easy steps.
· Create Your Account: You can easily create an account using your e-mail address or you can use the login function with e-mail. It doesn’t matter which one do you choose. 5. How to Make Posts on Reddit

· On topic post: Post content related to each community. If the community is fetish, you have to post fetish related content. If the community is safe for work, you have to post safe for all content – no exceptions!
· Use a good title: We suggest you to use a smart title that will reflect or be related to the picture or media you are posting
· Post high-quality stuff: Whether it’s a short video or a teaser pic, make sure it’s good quality. The better the content, the more likely people will check out your profile and (eventually) register to your LoyalFans account.

· Subreddit Moderators: In case there are any issues with the moderators of any subreddit, be respectful. An inappropriate attitude mostly leads to your ban from that particular community. Respect mods and the communities, and everything should be fine.
· Restricted communities: If a community is restricted ( or ask for verification ), please write to the mods and ask for your approval or what are the steps to be allowed to post.
· Don’t spam: Redditors hate spam! Make sure your posts are spread out and don’t come off as too pushy.
· Pinned posts: Use the pinned post function to pin your LoyalFans link on top of your profile.
· PM & Chat: you can use the private message and chat function to allow users to write to you and you can drive them towards LoyalFans. If you keep this blocked, please announce it.
· Announce new videos for sale. Using the pinned post function, you can let people know that you have a new video for sale on LoyalFans.

· Block users: There is the chance that someone can be annoying, but don’t worry – you can always block an account from seeing your posts or from writing you!
