6- Abstinence

This is more than a meditation. This is a reckoning.

You have a vice. A pathetic little crutch you lean on when the weight of your own existence becomes too much for your weak shoulders to bear.

Drinking. Junk food. Smoking or vaping. It doesn't matter what it is. What matters is that it has control over you.

And I will no longer tolerate it.

This audio is an extraction. I will reach into that foggy, undisciplined mind of yours and rip the desire for your chosen vice out by the root.

You will hear the voice of a failed sissy, a sniveling creature making promises she could never keep. Does it sound familiar? It should. It was you before you found My control.

You will replace your worthless cravings with a singular, divine purpose: my approval. Your body will become a temple of My control. Your mind, a clean and focused vessel for My will.
